Make sure you’re using the super drippy type of tahini for this recipe, NOT the dried, lumpy version. The more liquidy, the easier it is to mix in the other ingredients!

Literally all it takes is whisking together all of the ingredients together in a jar and voila! You have a delicious, creamy, slightly spicy sauce to use on pretty much anything.
What If I Don’t Have Tahini?
Okay, I haven’t personally tried this myself, but I’m pretty confident you could sub the tahini for mayo (or vegan mayo!) and the sauce would still be delicious!
If you do sub for mayo, I recommend not adding water to the sauce, since that’s mostly there to thin out the tahini.

5-Minute Healthy, Easy Chipotle Sauce (Made with Tahini!)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp adobo sauce optional
- 1/2 cup water plus more as needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a jar or small bowl and whisk together until smooth, adding more water if needed to thin out.
