This creamy, smoky, slightly spicy sauce combines tahini with a few simple ingredients that we whisk together create a flavorful smoky chipotle dressing in less than five minutes that you’ll love adding to my Actually Tasty 25-Minute Healthy Black Bean Rice Bowls!

Friends, this chipotle sauce is about to change your life.
Okay, I might be exaggerating… but only a little bit.
It might not change your life, but it WILL completely elevate any meal you add it to, because as a Registered Dietitian, I’ve shared tons of easy salad recipes, and my secret to a good salad or bowl is… a DELICIOUS sauce!
I swear, having a few sauces that you LOVE on hand, like my 5-Minute Versatile Vegan BBQ Dipping Sauce, takes any meal from kinda boring to amazing! And this healthy vegan chipotle sauce is no exception.

One Sauce and A Million Ways To Enjoy It!
I made this easy chipotle sauce specifically to pair with my Creamy Vegan Chipotle Black Bean & Corn Salad, which basically tastes like Mexican Street Corn in a bowl, so that’s my top recommendation!
BUT, it’s also so delicious with my 30-Minute Sheet Pan Black Bean Sweet Potato Tacos!
Make sure you’re using the super drippy type of tahini for this recipe, NOT the dried, lumpy version. The more liquidy, the easier it is to mix in the other ingredients!

No Tahini, No Stress
I’ve also tested this creamy chipotle tahini sauce subbing the tahini for mayo (or vegan mayo!) and the sauce is still absolutely delicious!
If you do sub for mayo, I recommend not adding water to the sauce, since that’s mostly there to thin out the tahini.
