Salted Caramel Dairy-Free Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup large flake oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp salt , or to taste
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 3 tablespoons 5-Minute Date Paste Caramel, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Additions
- An extra drizzle of the date caramel, chopped peanuts, or coconut flakes!

Instructions
- Add the large flake oats, chia seeds and salt to the jar and mix well to combine.
- Add the soy milk, date paste caramel, and vanilla extract to the jar. Stir well to combine, then add the lid and place in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours, but ideally overnight.
- Once you're ready to eat, give the overnight oats a stir, then feel free to add an extra drizzle of the date caramel, chopped penauts or coconut flakes and enjoy!
