Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup large flake oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 3 tablespoons 5-Minute Date Paste Caramel or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Additions

  • An extra drizzle of the date caramel, chopped peanuts, or coconut flakes!

Instructions

  • Add the large flake oats, chia seeds and salt to the jar and mix well to combine.
  • Add the soy milk, date paste caramel, and vanilla extract to the jar. Stir well to combine, then add the lid and place in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours, but ideally overnight.
  • Once you're ready to eat, give the overnight oats a stir, then feel free to add an extra drizzle of the date caramel, chopped penauts or coconut flakes and enjoy!

Notes

The overnight oats will be the best consistency if you let them sit overnight, or at least 8 hours, in the fridge, but as long as you give them a minimum of 2-4 hours to set they'll be good to eat!
