This healthy peanut lime tofu wrap comes together in less than 30-minutes and is packed with flavor and colourful veggies!

Now that spring is just around the corner, I’m starting to crave more fresh meals, that are also satisfying, and this Peanut Lime Tofu Wrap fits the bill!
I’ve also been focusing (even more than usual) on quick and easy meals since I’ve been seriously lacking motivation in the kitchen. Most days I’m wanting to get in and out as fast as possible, which really isn’t like it. But instead of dwelling on it, I’m focusing on quick and easy recipes like this tofu wrap that hit the spot!
If you’re lacking motivation to cook, this is the perfect recipe for you! It comes together even more quickly if you’re using an air fryer (instructions below!), but an oven is totally fine too– the same goes for another one of my tofu recipes, the Crispy Rosemary Thyme Baked Tofu.
Trust me when I say you’ll want to add this peanut lime sauce to everything. I’ve adapted it from my free Easy Vegan Sauces Ebook to make it a little spicier, but feel free to omit the sriracha!
This Peanut Lime Tofu Wrap is about to be your new favorite meal! Let me know if you try it out on Instagram and by leaving me a comment down below, and don’t forget to follow me on Pinterest for more recipes like this!

Main Ingredients in this tofu wrap:
Tofu: I’ve used extra-firm tofu in this recipe since it crisps up more easily than firm or medium tofu. I still recommend pressing the tofu for a minute or two to get out any excess water. If you’ve never cooked tofu before, don’t fret! It’s super easy and delicious!
Peanut Lime Dressing: This dressing is a delicious combination of natural peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, sriracha and sesame oil to coat the tofu in a mouth-watering savory, sweet, slightly spicy layer. If you have leftovers, may I suggest you use them in my Peanut Lime Noodle Bowl Recipe?
Whole Wheat Wrap: I’ve chosen to use whole wheat wraps, but feel free to use whatever you like best.
Vegetables: Cucumber, red pepper, grated carrots and spinach add a delicious crunch and tons of nutrients and fiber to this tofu wrap!
How to make the Peanut Lime Tofu Wrap:
In the oven:
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Press out any excess water from the tofu by pressing it with a clean dishcloth.
- Toss tofu in flour, garlic powder, olive oil, and salt. Place on a baking sheet, making sure to leave space between tofu strips.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the ingredients for the peanut lime sauce.
- When tofu is finished cooking, toss in the peanut lime dressing. Save any extra dressing to drizzle on top.
- Add peanut lime tofu to the center of the wrap (I used two slices per wrap) along with the sliced vegetables.
- Fold in the ends of the wrap, flip one side of the wrap over the top of the ingredients (pinching in the ends), and wrap the filling. Serve and enjoy!
In the air fryer:
- Toss sliced tofu in olive oil, flour, garlic powder and salt.
- Place in the air fryer, evenly spaced. Cook at 400 F for 20 minutes, or until slightly golden and crispy around edges.
- Follow steps 4-7 above.

Recipe Notes:
- Feel free to adjust the peanut lime sauce to your taste preferences, adding more sriracha to make it spicier, more soy sauce to make it saltier, and more maple syrup to make it sweeter.
- While I love the vegetables in this tofu wrap, feel free to use whatever you have on hand!
- Feel free to substitute the peanut butter with almond butter.
- You can make the tofu ahead of time and store it in the fridge as an easy meal prep
- For a gluten-free tofu option, you can substitute the flour for arrowroot powder or corn starch.
