This salad is best enjoyed fresh, but feel free to refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to one day.
If you want to prep this salad ahead of time, you can assemble the salad aside from the salad dressing. Store the salad dressing in a separate container and pour over once you’re ready to eat!
