This Healthy & Fresh Citrus Arugula Salad comes together in less than 20 minutes and is packed with fiber and protein from canned chickpeas and my 5-Minute Homemade Almond Ricotta! We use my Sesame Citrus Vinaigrette Salad Dressing drizzled on top to coat every delicious bite of bright citrus and peppery arugula for the perfect main or side dish salad!
