Is there anything better than hummus? The only thing I can think of is this mouth-watering easy sundried tomato hummus.
Hummus for me is the ultimate snack. Full of fiber and protein, easy to whip up, and can be paired with pretty much anything. Cut up veggies? Check. Crackers? Check. On a sandwich? Check. In a bowl? Check. You get the message.
A lot of people are intimidated about making their own hummus, but to be honest, it couldn’t be easier. I rely on canned chickpeas to cut the prep time down even more on this recipe, but you could totally cook your own as well.
If all this talk about hummus is making you as hungry as me, whip this up and let me know how it goes by tagging me on Instagram!
