BBQ Chickpeas in a Flash!

Best Ever 10-Minute BBQ Chickpeas
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 540 ml canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Start by draining and rinsing your canned chickpeas well. We want to make sure you remove all of the goop (aka, aquafaba) do you're left with just the chickpeas.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the drained and rinsed chickpeas to the pan, along with the BBQ sauce and garlic powder. Mix well to combine.
- Let the BBQ start to simmer for about 7-10 minutes, until the BBQ sauce has reduced so there isn't much liquid left in the pan. We want this to be a low simmer, so if they start bubbling too much, reduce the heat to low.
- Once the BBQ sauce has reduced and you're left with sticky chickpeas deliciously coated in BBQ sauce, remove from the heat and enjoy!

Super simple recipe and super tasty!
