Want to THRIVE on a plant-based diet?
Thriving on Plant-Based Fundamentals gives you real tools to teach you how to thrive on a plant-based diet.
How this course is different It's important when we're making dietary changes to get the advice of a professional. Thriving on Plant-Based Fundamentals isn't your average google search. I've done all the research for you. I teach this stuff to clients one-on-one all the time. And do you know what I've discovered? This information is a lot less well-known than I thought. That's why I developed this course. Even the clients who come to see me and have been vegan for 30+ years often don't know this information I'm about to share with you. Or maybe you need help piecing this information together to make a realistic and sustainable change in your eating pattern. That's what I'm here for. I believe in the power of plants. I've seen first hand how following a plant-based diet can help transform people's health, not to mention the health of animals and the environment. And I know it can do the same for you. I've compiled all the information I know to be important from years of research and counseling and made it very simple to understand. And better yet, even simpler to implement. So you can make a positive change. Here's what others who took the course have to say... TESTIMONIALS

I’ve been vegan for a few years now but never felt truly confident or satisfied with my meal choices, until I took this program. I’ve also had this nagging problem of always feeling hungry soon after eating. Thriving on Plant-Based Fundamentals was exactly what I needed to feel confident with my food choices and helped me understand what nutrients I need, why, and how to get them. Loved Lauren’s course, and I feel really great about the fact that she’s a Registered Dietitian. I was blown away by her knowledge level and expertise. Highly recommend!

I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but I’ve been wanting to incorporate more plant-based foods. I was worried the information would be overwhelming, but Lauren delivered it in a way that was so easy to understand and most importantly, implement. Lauren has such a kind, knowledgeable demeanor and walks through everything you need to know. I’m only 80% plant-based but feel so confident and knowledgeable in my choices and how I feed my family. Thanks Lauren!

I enjoyed your online course very much. It was just the right length and easy to follow. Just over three years ago I switched to a plant-based diet although I still eat fish once a week, at 71 years old, I was concerned that I might have nutritional deficiencies. Your section on micronutrients and answers to my queries provided the guidance I needed. Keep up the good work. I would recommend your course to anyone contemplating a plant-based lifestyle. It would make the transition much easier.

TOPBF is based on evidence-based [information] of nutrition; it reminded me of the essentials I had forgotten [and] gave me an opportunity to re-think some of my eating practices. I really enjoyed all of it. Even as a vegan of almost 4 years, it gave me an opportunity to revisit content I had forgotten [and] the mix of handouts and videos is great.
