5-Minute Vegan Creamy Basil Dressing (Made with Tahini!)

This Creamy Basil Tahini Dressing is the healthy salad dressing recipe you’ll want on repeat. Equipment

  • 1 small bowl or mason jar

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup packed basil chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt plus more to taste
  • 2-4 tbsp water added 1 tbsp at a time, depending on how runny your tahini is

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until smooth, or blend in a high speed blender!

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week.
