Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup of strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4-5 large ice cubes
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Optional

  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional

Instructions
