These Easy, Healthy Shredded BBQ Tofu Bowls come together in 30-minutes and are the perfect flavor-packed meal prep tofu bowls to have as a quick lunch or dinner! We just cook up the BBQ Shredded Tofu with sweet and smoky barbecue seasonings and combine with a grain of choice, plus a generous drizzle of my delicious Healthy Creamy Dill Dressing!

  • Make a batch of BBQ Shredded Tofu.
  • While that's cooking, whip up a batch of your Healthy Creamy Ranch Dressing.
  • When those are both done, start assembling your bowls. Add about half a cup of cooked rice or other grains to the bowl, followed by equal amounts of the shredded tofu. Fill the rest of the bowl with sliced cucumber and drizzle your creamy sauce on top. Enjoy!
