Ingredients

  • 1 ripe frozen banana see note
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt or a pinch

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

If you're not using a frozen banana I recommend adding a handful of ice to the smoothie so it's cold!
