Blender Tahini Soy Garlic Dressing

This creamy, tahini sauce dressing is blended with soy sauce and nutritional yeast for rich, umami-packed flavour, maple syrup for a touch of sweetness, and fresh lemon juice for brightness. It comes together in just 5 minutes and makes the dreamiest drizzle for bowls, salads, and wraps. Although it’s so good, you may find yourself sneaking spoonfuls straight from the jar!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup water plus more as needed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until super smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • You may need to add additional water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency, depending on how thick your tahini is!

Storing leftovers: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week.
