Equipment

  • Food processor or high speed blender

Ingredients

  • 540 ml canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsp frank hot sauce or other vinegar based hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp soy milk see notes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the food processor and blend until super smooth, which takes about 3-4 minutes. Serve with veggies or crackers and enjoy!

Notes

Depending on how high-powered your food processor or blender is, you may need to add more soy milk. I recommend doing this 1 tablespoon at a time so that the dip doesn't get too liquidy.
