Carrot Note: I used a vegetable peeler to make ribbons of carrots, but you could also just cut thin slices of carrot instead if you'd prefer.
Ginger Sesame Dressing Note: While I recommend making 1/2 batch of the Ginger Sesame Dressing, if you tend to like your salads a little heavier on the dressing, you can totally make a full batch and add more as you like!
