Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder plus more for rolling in optionally
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the food processor and blend on high until a ball of dough starts to form. Roll the dough into balls with 2 tbsp of dough per ball and roll in extra cocoa powder if you like!
  • Place on a plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up, if desired, and enjoy!
