The Best Vegan Ranch (5 Minute Recipe!)

Who needs mediocre store-bought salad dressing when you can whip up a delicious, healthy vegan ranch dressing at home in just 5 minutes?! Made by whisking together tahini, lemon juice, dill, and a few additional spices, this creamy vegan ranch without mayo is about to be your new go-to for salads and as a dip!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup water, plus more as needed added 1 tbsp at a time, see note
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and whisk together until smooth, adding more water one tablespoon at a time if needed to reach the desired consistency. Serve over a salad, in a wrap, or as a dip for veggies!

Notes

How much water you need will depend on how runny your tahini is! The tahini I use has a very thin, runny consistency, but if you're using a thicker tahini, you may need more water!
