Remember that if you use frozen banana rather than fresh, your smoothie is going to come out thicker and creamier, which is what I prefer!You may need a little more liquid in your smoothie, depending on how high-speed your blender is. If so, just add it in slowly (like, a couple of tablespoons at a time!) so the smoothie doesn't get too thin.
