Sesame-Lime Purple Cabbage Salad

This recipe for sesame lime purple cabbage salad is my go-to easy side salad recipe when I want to add some veggies to a meal without too much effort. It takes 5 minutes to throw together, and is so flavorful from the sesame oil, soy sauce, and twist of lime juice!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups purple cabbage thinly sliced or shredded
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 lime juiced

Optional

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup if you want to add sweetness!

Instructions

  • Start by shredding the purple cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
  • To the large bowl, add the soy sauce, sesame oik, lime juice, and walnuts and maple syrup, if using.
  • Mix well until everything is well combined and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
