Sesame-Lime Purple Cabbage Salad
This recipe for sesame lime purple cabbage salad is my go-to easy side salad recipe when I want to add some veggies to a meal without too much effort. It takes 5 minutes to throw together, and is so flavorful from the sesame oil, soy sauce, and twist of lime juice!

4 cups purple cabbage thinly sliced or shredded 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 lime juiced Optional 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 tbsp maple syrup if you want to add sweetness!
Start by shredding the purple cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
To the large bowl, add the soy sauce, sesame oik, lime juice, and walnuts and maple syrup, if using.
Mix well until everything is well combined and enjoy!
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
