1cuplarge flake oatsalso called rolled or old-fashioned oats
3tbspcocoa powder
2tbspchia seeds
1/8tspsalt
1cupunsweetened soy milk
2tbspmaple syrup
1/2tspvanilla extract
3tbspchocolate chipsoptional
Instructions
In a mason jar or container, combine the oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt and stir to combine. Add the soy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and chocoalte chips if using. Stir well to combine, add the lid and place in the fridge fpr a minimum of 2 hours, but 4-8 hours is best.
The next morning, take the oats out of the fridge, give them a stir and enjoy!
Notes
I recommend letting these overnight oats sit in the fridge for a minimum of two hours, but four hours is best. I typically leave them in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next morning!These will stay fresh for 2-3 days in the fridge!
