Easy Vegan Chia Pudding
This easy vegan chia pudding is the perfect recipe for breakfast, snacks, or pretty much any time of day! The best part? It can be whipped up in less than five minutes!

Ingredients

cups
plant-based milk
I used unsweetened cashew milk
1/4
cup
chia seeds
1
tbsp
maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or container (make sure that it seals completely).
Whisk or shake (with lid on!) all ingredients together, until well combined.
Place in fridge for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove from fridge and shake again.
Place back in fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes, but ideally, overnight.
Add any other toppings you'd like and enjoy!
