5-Minute Teriyaki Inspired Stir-Fry Sauce

Sweet, savory and tangy, this easy Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce takes less than 5-minutes to make as a quick stir fry sauce since we use powdered garlic and ginger rather than chopping the fresh stuff! But don't worry, this smooth, glossy sauce is still so flavorful and perfect for adding to my 30-Minute Teriyaki Tofu Stir Fry or as an easy teriyaki marinade for any protein!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar granulated sugar or honey also work!
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar and whisk until smooth. Use as a marinade or stir fry sauce.

Notes

Storing leftovers: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
