Ingredients

  • 540 ml chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil plus more as needed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until silky smooth. This usually takes about 3-4 minutes!

Notes

Your tahini should be runny. If it's not, you may need to add additional olive oil!
