Equipment

  • Air fryer can use oven if you don't have an air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 540 ml canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. Make sure that you rinse them really well to get rid of any of the liquid, since this is where most of the salt and gas-inducing compounds are found.
  • Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika and salt. Stir well to mix together.
  • Place the chickpeas in the air fryer and air fry at 400F for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and crispy. Enjoy!
