These Miso Florida Orange Juice Noodles are the perfect warm weather staple! These noodles rely on edamame for plant-based protein, tahini for healthy fats and rice noodles for energizing carbohydrates. The dressing is made with 100% orange juice for a tangy citrus sweetness and miso for an umami kick!
Cook edamame as per package instructions. I typically microwave in a small bowl with a few tbsp of water for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Whisk all ingredients for the sauce together and set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook noodles as per package instructions.
Once noodles are cooked, rinse with cold water. Add all ingredients to a large bowl to combine. Serve and enjoy!
