Easy Vegan 'Baked' Beans

These easy vegan baked beans come together in 15 minutes and reply on mostly canned foods, making them the perfect weeknight staple meal!

  • 1 can cannellini/white beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juiced


  1. Add all ingredients to a pot, mix together, and cook for ~10 minutes until beans are heated through and slightly softened. Serve on toast and enjoy!
