These candy cane, peanut butter and chocolate dates are sure to be a holiday crowd pleaser! The easiest, quickest, and most delicious recipe- perfect for holiday gifts or to keep for yourself!
Line a plate with parchment paper
Remove pits from dates.
Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil over double boiler until smooth.
If using Medjool dates, spread a small amount of peanut butter where the pit was in the dates. If using small dates, spread a small amount of peanut butter on one side of the dates, and stick another date to the peanut butter, making an enclosing around the peanut butter.
Dip peanut butter dates in melted chocolate then place on parchment-lined plate.
Sprinkle crushed candy canes on date. Repeat for all dates.
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
