Easy Sundried Tomato Hummus
This quick and easy vegan sundried tomato hummus is the perfect thing to whip up for snacks, or to pair with bowls, sandwiches or wraps.

- 1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp oil from sundried tomatoes can replace with olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup water plus more to blend if needed
Drain and rinse can of chickpeas
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor, and blend until smooth
Serve with cut up veggies, crackers, or on sandwiches or bowls!
