How to Cook Tofu (3 Ways!)

This easy crispy garlic tofu is the perfect protein-packed addition to salads, bowls, wraps and stir fries!

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu 400 g
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flour or corn starch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cube your tofu into 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, flour or cornstarch, garlic powder and salt. 

Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Bake for 25-30 mins, flipping once half way through.

Pan-fry

  1. Heat a cast iron pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook tofu over medium heat for 15 minutes, flipping every couple of minutes to cook all sides.

Air-fry

  1. Cook at 400 F for 20 minutes, shaking the air-fryer container half way through.
