This easy crispy garlic tofu is the perfect protein-packed addition to salads, bowls, wraps and stir fries!
Cube your tofu into 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, flour or cornstarch, garlic powder and salt.
Preheat oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake for 25-30 mins, flipping once half way through.
Heat a cast iron pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook tofu over medium heat for 15 minutes, flipping every couple of minutes to cook all sides.
Cook at 400 F for 20 minutes, shaking the air-fryer container half way through.
