These Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings come together in just 30-minutes and are packed with flavor!
Preheat oven (or air fryer) to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces.In a large bowl, whisk together the plant-based milk, flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Toss cauliflower in the mixture until well coated, then place on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss in a large bowl with the melted vegan butter and hot sauce.
Place back on baking sheet and bake for another 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Serve and enjoy!
